Some children choose to follow in the footsteps
of their parents, while many do not. For Danielle Baird choosing to join her family
in the real estate business was never really a question. Moving to Skagit Valley
when she was only three years old Danielle spent her entire academic career K-12
attending school in the Sedro-Woolley School District.
Throughout her lifetime Danielle has been very
involved in a variety of organizations and activities, as well as, countless sports
programs in the community. For several years she was highly involved in the select
soccer and ASA softball organizations, which ultimately led her to play Division
1, PAC-10 softball at the University of Oregon. Once ranked 10th in the nation,
Danielle gained invaluable experience and learned many life lessons while competing
for the Ducks. Even after finishing her collegiate career Danielle still treasures
playing softball competitively. She competes annually at the Canada Cup on a women's
team playing against Olympic Teams from all over the world.
In her free time she enjoys volunteering with
the high school softball program and coaching at a community college. Danielle graduated
with her Bachelor's degree in June of 2006 from the University of Oregon and as
a licensed realtor herself has now teamed up with her parents. She hopes to help
people achieve their goals of buying and selling homes and strive to make a difference
in the lives of others.
